REFLECTOR: mouse holes

As I recall, I used a 2" diameter hole saw to cut the quarter-circle and half-circle "mouse holes", which made them 1" high.  That's probably bigger than they would have to be to allow fuel to flow to the outlet, but it was easier to make nice radiused fillets at all of the intersections, which will help to prevent leaks.

I spent some extra time making sure everything was very smooth, which gives assurance against having a leak.  I was gratified that my strakes held air pressure with no rework required.
