I'll second Alex on those thoughts.  It's hard to comprehend the
pressures and frustrations involved with an undertaking of this
magnitude.  If money were unlimited, and it never is, that alone would
vent tremendous pressure.  Given demanding customers, delivery schedules
that were made in good faith, but you now see that you are going to
'blow through' and it becomes a painful process.  And, just when you
think you've got it, another problem rears its ugly head and more money
and time goes down the drain.

I assume JP's email was not intended for public posting.  I've hit the
wrong button myself from time to time.  As a personal communication, it
was less than gracious, but we didn't see the other half of the
communications that lead up to the 'head butting' that we saw posted.
If it was intentionally sent for public consumption, well then JP
deserves a 'red card', but given the size of their undertaking and the
outsized risk involved, I'm giving the benefit of the doubt here.
