REFLECTOR: Adjustable NACA

Vlad Oleynik - was building a Std RG - and had designed adjustable NACA 
inlets for the engine cooling.

My experience with my Velocity, I could use this during the winter to lower 
the air flow to the engine.  Anything below 25 degrees OAT and my vernatherm 
stays closed and no cabin heat.

I have considered fabricating an insert which would block off about half of 
the NACA during cold weather operations.  Next winter project!
