Jorge,

A typical hair dryer puts out about 1000-1200 watts.  So a 100 watt to 300 
watt 12 volt heater
is going to put out about 1/10 to 1/4 what a hair dryer would do.

For the 300 watt heater, you will need a 25 amp circuit, which is a pretty 
good load on a typical aircraft electrical system (landing lights take from 
10-20 amps).

These little heaters will probably do pretty good if you can keep the drafty 
cold air out.

I decided to do the electric blanket.  Does pretty good. But I haven't flown 
in anything less than about 25 degrees.
