REFLECTOR: AN970-416?

Please let me know if these things should not be discussed on Reflector 
but instead should be solved calling Velocity (well, the problem is 
that Velocity is not up on Sunday nights, as we are).

The manual mentions the use of 2 safety washers AN970-416 as part of the 
control system (the fin of the keel, on the bellcrank where the two 
aileron cables are connected).  Well, I was not able to find those in my 
kit and neither on the web.  Also checked the KPCs and was not able to 
find any error report regarding this issue.

I have found several AN970-4 washers in my kit (the thorough part).  Can 
we use these instead of the misterious AN970-416?

Oh, Andy Millin  was right when he warned me that building an airplane is 
not like writing computer programs.  But it is very fun.
