REFLECTOR: FRANKLIN CARBURETOR

What of everything have you tried?

Is your intake system airtight?  Are all the bolts tight?
Are you using the new vane style fuel pump?  Is your pressure good and 
steady?  Do you have any bubbles in the fuel line?
