REFLECTOR: Running LOP

The roughness in my plane is definitely a vibration albeit a slight 
one.  I'm not sure how you would define a buzz but if you're saying it's 
visible on your LCD screen (meaning you can detect the roughness 
visually because the visual image isn't stable), I might call that 
vibration.  I guess it's a subjective call.
