REFLECTOR: Running LOP

I can share at this time that it coughs and sputters on the backup system.
My last circuit board version did not communicate on the network, so I
could not get any flow information on tuning the flow feedback loop. It
seemed to go way rich, then way lean.

It's a simple barrel valve like an injector flow valve seen on a sprint
car. I bought one of those thinking it would work for me, but I ended up
machining one with lower flow rates. It is turned by a stepper motor.
The sensors are MAP, fuel flow and RPM.

The advantage to the stepper motor is that it doesn't require power when
it's not turning, and the response is much quicker than a needle valve.
The valve feeds a manifold, driving mist nozzles, one per cylinder. I
may have too many nozzles, and may remove all but two of them. If the
engine makes *some* power; enough to keep me airborne, I will consider
it a success.
Theres a 1.5AH battery for this system which is charged by the main system.
