Subject
I looked at paul,s  nose wheel axle early on the day of the mishap,  pointed 
out to him the spacer that should provide pre load on the inter races of  the 
wheel bearing were to short.
.I warned him if the inter races are free to spin they might Gall the  
threaded axle and cause it to spin and extend passed the fork and jam in  the wheel 
guide.
