REFLECTOR: Transition training

I just sent an email talking about the costs associated with getting 
Velocity to send a pilot and plane for training rather than going to 
Sebastian.

I figured based on the costs Milton had that if we could get four people 
in Austin to commit to training then it would be cheaper than these four 
  pilots going to Sebastian.
