REFLECTOR: Shimmy on landing...Some clarifications please THANX!

I'd rather have an actuator(damper) like Cessna's, though they have 
their own set of problems, mostly maintenance related, or lack there 
of.  Not sure how to accomplish that on a fully castering nose wheel though.
