REFLECTOR: Franklin Spline drive fuel pump

The third port is a vent for the seal, either fuel or engine oil. A very
small amount could be normal. The line should vent through a cowl opening.

  My spline drive fuel pump on my Franklin has an 'in' and an 'out' and
a smaller third port on the bottom....does anyone know what I need to do
with the third port? Do I need to run a line back to one of my tanks?
