They have an electronically controlled oxygen system that only gives you o2 
when you're inhaling, and increases the amount with altitude.  It makes a 
cylinder last many times longer.  He also sells a transfer hose so you can 
refill your own flight bottle from a welding tank.

Ric is a Berkut builder, and has occasionally given a discount to other 
canard builders.
