REFLECTOR: smoothprime

I have found that a lot of the pre-primed parts that came with the kit had
bubbles just under the primer, so when you sand a bit the pinholes appear.
Generally these parts were made by priming the mold, then laying up the part
against the primer, so it makes sense that little bubbles could easily get
trapped under the primer.
I have been sanding the pre-primed parts (lightly to moderately), then
carefully inspecting for those hidden cavities and opening them up.  Then
fill and sand as necessary, topped off with UV Smooth Prime.
