REFLECTOR: more MT prop data points... mt RPM Restriction

I forgot to mention, my engine is also a IO-360 C1C with one mag and one Jeff Rose electronic ignition.
Niether the previous owner nor MT facility has said anything to me about restricted RPMs.  This may be a case of  Ignorance-is-Bliss  but on the other hand, how is one ever to get the straight scoop on any of this stuff.  Reading thru just this reflector, one can find an example of every possible position imaginable.
Which is not necessarily all bad... this way we can choose what we want to hear and ignore the rest.  That's what EXPERIMENTAL means.   You disagree?  You would rather have the FnAA pearched on your shoulder every time you pick up a tool?  Thanks, but No Thanks.
