REFLECTOR: Nose wheel axle

There are at least two different axles.  The fixed gear axle has two 
threaded holes (for the nose wheel pant.  The RG's have a flat blade 
screwdriver slot.  I have one of these RG axles - one has a treaded bolt on 
the other end, one does not.

I have found that the axle can jam when installing/removing it.  The fork 
can expand/contract causing the holes to misalign and cause the axle to be 
hard to turn.  Tapping the fork with a rubber mallet will realign the holes 
and make the axle easier to turn.
