REFLECTOR: Under Cowl Temps

Never had use for it since it goes on automatically if required and Sam had a
test light on his and never saw it go on in flight or during taxi if I remember
correctly only after shutdown.  In addition I have an oil cooler fan for ground
ops/climbs that moves a lot of air through the oil cooler if my temps climb.
