Larry - The procedure that I have been using is to drill two holes at 
opposite ends of the bubble, inject epoxy mix (structural with micro 
balloons, runny mix) in one hole until it comes out the other end.  cover 
with PE film, put a board on it and weight it down.  This is what I was told 
to do by Alan and I am counting on this being a good procedure.  JT
