REFLECTOR: Vortilions and/or VG's?

Lower winglets and vortilons both address the same issue (spanwise 
flow).  I would not eliminate either one, and I would STRONGLY advise 
against eliminating them both.  That's every bit of spanwise flow 
restriction you've got.
