REFLECTOR: XL cooling inlet size

A picture says a thousand words/ I reduced the size of the 2 attached
photos, so they shouldn't take up much space. The duct is actually a complex
shape, so it's a little difficult to describe.

One photo shows the side view of the duct, and I PaintShopped some
dimensions on it. If you continue the line up from the main duct, ignoring
the top part of the duct that goes on top of the engine cover, that's how
the measurements on the second photo were made.

Yes.  Not the NACA ramp, just the final rectangular size where it hooks to 
the inlet runners.
