REFLECTOR: Canard Cover and cowl attachment system

10-32 3/4" torx is the only length they DO have.  I bought some.  They are

3/4" torx are available, but not with the 100 degree head from
microfastners, http://www.microfasteners.com.  Given the low load and
tinnerman underneath, I suppose a person could get by with screws with the
wrong head angle, but we all hate to start down that path.  

I asked Microfastners if they would make any 3/4" torx.  He said I was the
first that had asked and if he filled an order for 100, he'd have 14,900
left over from his minimum order.  I told him that would be okay with me but
he seemed unpersuaded!

Yeah I keep a ready supply of new stainless screws on the top of my tool 
box.  I refuse to use a worn looking screw and toss them in the trash.

I can see how I could do the hinges where the cowls fit to the wings, 
but the fuselage junction seems a tough one? 

I don't like the idea of the piano wire coming out into the arc of the 
prop.  That would require a bullet proof secure method.

I'm surprised you can't get a 3/4" torx screw?
