REFLECTOR: FUEL GAUGE MYSTERY

Anyone ever have this happen?

I recently re-filled my fuel tanks after I had drained them to do W&B
... then I ran into this mystery!

The sight gauge on the right side shows no fuel!  Before draining the
tanks it worked just fine ... but now nothing is registering???   Any
ideas?
