REFLECTOR: ROLL TRIM

This continues to be the consensus among those who are flying. So may I
suggest a quick modification to eliminate the continuing Slip-String problem? 

Change from inflight-adjustable to ground-adjustable roll trim by replacing
the copier motor with a single machine screw and washer. Simply run the string
under the washer and tighten the screw to hold it in the correct trim
position. By retaining the string, you still have the ability to fine-tune
your trim. By replacing the copier motor and capstan with a lockscrew, you
eliminate the possibility of trim changes with extreme stick movements. 

Problem solved.
