REFLECTOR: VELOCITY 173 VNE

I am gathering my flight instrument package now and would like to know the experience of other owners on their VNE and approach speeds, any max on gear operating or down? What is the experience in cruise speeds and maneuvering speeds.  Basically what speed range should the A/S IND go to and start at?

I have a Lycoming IO 540 300 HP with MT 4 blade on a 173 SE body w/ XL wings.
