REFLECTOR: Alan Shaw wings ?

Simply hook up a signal generator and take readings.  Each antennal will
have a different signature.  Or trace a weak signal.  The comm. Is in
the winglet and the nav will be in the wing.

If there's no tape, another way to tell is to pull (gently) on both
cables.
The one which stretches more is the Comm.
