REFLECTOR: Electroair Jeff Rose info

Yesterday I talked to Jeff Rose and here is the latest. He has sold his 
company and the new owners are attempting to certify his system. Jeff no longer 
sells his system or any parts. One of my Electoair plug wires broke in two at the 
brass nut on the aircraft plug. Also the rubber (silicone?) washer had 
disintegrated. 
Replacement parts are as follows:
RUBBER WASHERS - buy a short length of 5/16" dia auto FUEL Line from the auto 
store. Cut a slice 1/4 to 3/16" thick from the fuel line which makes a 
perfect fit washer between the brass nut and the spark plug. Jeff says the fuel line 
washer actually hold the wire better than the original red washer. I already 
installed it and is does seem to be better.  Will replace all my red washers 
at the next Condition Inspection. 
FINGER TIGHTEN or VERY LIGHT WRENCH TIGHTEN THE BRASS NUT ONLY. 
I had wrench tightened the nut which finally cut my wire in half.
PLUG WIRES - are SPIRAL CORE CENTER wires that your local auto store probably 
does not carry but may be able to order. Speed or Racing Parts stores 
probably have them. The core is carbon particles contained by very thin wire spirally 
wrapped around carbon at 200 wraps per inch.
