I agree with Robin......Central Texas is a great location (pretty cheap
land) Hangers at New Braunfel and San Marcos are about $125 month compared
to $350 in the Greater Houston area.  Even Mooney kinda survived in
Kerrville 70ish or so miles away.

Can't go wrong with the GSOT....and I will be happy to help with legal
issues <g>

Maybe you could interest your employers in the benefits of the
Marysville-Yuba City area. I think that you may know something about it.
Lotsa runways, good building weather out here and just enough earthquakes to
keep the dust off the shelfs. Pretty close to Paradise too.
