REFLECTOR: Nav-Lt Wiring

Lumens aren't specified since the FAA doesn't care what the intensity is in
all directions, only in the specified directions. The TSO is TSO-C30c,
Aircraft Position Lights. It references SAE AS8037 for intensity, which
specifies in the horizontal axis, 40 candelas from 0 to 10 degrees, 30
candelas from 10 to 20 degrees, and 5 candelas from 20 to 110 degrees.  The
rear white position light is 20 candelas from 110 to 180 degrees.
