REFLECTOR: Odd fuel pressure Problem

The attached note may explain the problem:  All units have the stated 
problem once the air that was trapped in the line at installation escapes 
either thru an air but not fuel leak or simple permeation through the 
attaching hose.  This could be checked very simply by opening the line at 
the engine, draining it of fuel, and reattaching it.
