No experience with that product.

However, the Wednesday Velocity guys have been kicking around an idea for
modular avionics.

In the future, I envision all data being carried digital serial.  Something
like USB or firewire to all components.

For the short term, a company might be able to make some sort of dongle with
lot's of A/D and D/A and DIO.  This dongle would snap on the the back of
your standard avionics, and have the serial interface to the rest of the
world.  Each dongle would be specific to a particular radio, but I think
this would be a huge step in the right direction.
