I would not lift the wings from any point- the actual center of lift is
probably about the middle or so on both chord and span, but it is =
difficult
to figure that exactly- the reason to install the sings is to pre-twist =
the
CS spar, not to flex it, which I would guess it would hardly do anyway, =
so
in my opinion, it would be best to just install the wings and let them =
hang.

As Aristotle said, "virtue is in the mean between extremes". I agree =
with
Alex that carrying weight of the empty fuselage is of little consequence =
to
the wing spar; but the reality is that the wings need to be supported in
order to adjust the incidence angle, so it seem that a relatively =
"neutral"
loading condition on the wing (support the weight of the wing) is a good
place to work.
Just another opinion.
