REFLECTOR:Missing Cylinder

My inclination would be to check EGTs at high static power settings.  That should
isolate the cylinder.  Then, a mag check should isolate the plug.  If you can't get
high enough static power to get a good test (you might have to lean pretty
aggressively), you might have to fly it to isolate the plug.
Worked for me the one time I had the problem .... Jim S.
