REFLECTOR:Wing/Canard/Fuselage Incidence

Jim,

 There is a description & diagram of how to level the
fuselage at the beginning of chapter 4 in the new
manuals (on-line). You would want to use the regular
chapter version, not the XL, for your application as
the overall dimensions and measurements are different.
 In short (non-XL): Use a water level to place the
middle of the fuselage nose at the same level as the
lowest section of the lower cowl back edge (in the
middle, by the spinner).  
 Another reference is the firewall and canard
bulkheads - they should be perpendicular to the
fuselage level line.
