REFLECTOR: Fixed Pitch prop on IO520

[Carl Hoffman]

It keeps the engine oil from getting on your Ivo. The plug is on the end of crank,
it's about the size of a Nickel. Use a large slotted screw driver to remove it. It's
the only way engine oil can get from the governor to a constant speed prop.
