Hey Mike, 

Rene said his was 3 inches and I was going with 4 inches from memory, Ronnie says one inch on his (wow Ronnie you da man! :-) ) Exactly how far away is yours Mike? 

If it's in at least the 3 inch range then I am going build off Rene's post and say the prop is the problem. If the hub area of the blades does not have enough pitch maybe your not getting enough pressure drop from the hub area of the prop where the cowl exit is?? Just guessing now. We covered the easy stuff!
