Tom,
The 3 inch numbers will be OK.
The rest of the stuff He will be concerned with is the placarding on 
the instrument panel, passenger warning, experimental marking, fuel 
capacity placard, compass correction card, weight and balance with 
sample configurations. Seat belts. He will be interested in the 
engine and prop configuration in order to determine if you get 25 or 
40 hours in the penalty box. He has discretion with regard to the 
size of the test area (penalty box) If he tries to limit it to a 25 
mile radius do not accept it. Explain that due to speed etc you need 
at least 50 mile radius or other large area in order to get all your 
testing done.
