REFLECTOR: Grounding Point

Actually, I might put a label around the cap  "touch here with nozzle before
opening cap" just for some insurance......

  So all the bases, except for one, are covered.  As Keith mentioned, the
fuel nozzle is grounded.  That can be the source of a spark.  Maybe one
should touch the nozzle and touch the nozzle to the fuel cap before opening
the cap.  That way a spark will only burn up the nozzle and not the plane.
