REFLECTOR:GPS Outage

Maybe that explains a problem I had in June.  I was flying north along I95
near the space center and my GPS said I was in a restricted area.  I asked
Daytona to confirm if I was in the restricted airspace and they first told
me was that it was my responsibility to stay out (like anyone doesn't know
this).  Then I was told that if I was over I95 I was not in the restricted
airspace.
