BKM-- I removed the stock Franklin fuel pump assembly, and scavenged the gear and the splined part of the shaft.
I machined the housing out of 6061 aluminum, and have a spare made of fortal aluminum. The shaft is cold rolled steel. The bearings(2) are permanently sealed ABEC3 ball bearings. The assembly is about as tall as the existing alternator pulley assembly without the pulley or shaft. No IPTC metadata found
