(2004 BKM) Okay, rotate the panel to look down on it, and zoom in on the section to the right of the avionics.
There are two angles. Mine is 1.5 inch angle aluminum, and .75 inch angle. I have welded these two together, but riveting or epoxy should work. The small one is drilled through, and the avionics are attached to the smaller angle. No IPTC metadata found
