(BKM 2004) Center angle for mounting avionics trays. Note the opposite side is made from two aluminum angles. I welded them together, but I suppose riveting, or epoxy would do fine. The far pair conforms to the angle on the panel. I used the avionics trays as spacers while the epoxy was curing.

BKM(2004) Aluminum angle across the top for stiffness. Not the slots cut out so it will make the curve. After everything is mounted, I'll take it all off and clean/paint the panel.

(2004 BKM) Okay, rotate the panel to look down on it, and zoom in on the section to the right of the avionics. There are two angles. Mine is 1.5 inch angle aluminum, and .75 inch angle. I have welded these two together, but riveting or epoxy should work. The small one is drilled through, and the avionics are attached to the smaller angle.
