Does anyone have a suggestion for affixing a small plate to a vertical painted and waxed surface (1) Without drilling holes in the painted surface (2) is weatherproof (3) Can be put on and removed cleanly without damaging paint or reacting to paint (4) can support about 4oz. of weight of the plate No, the plate will not remain when the plane is flying!
