Soft clean cloth or Bounty paper towels and lots of mineral spirits.  Rub
carefully and let the solvent do its job.  Wipe with clean cloths and change the
cleaning cloths frequently.

Caution, the mineral spirits are flammable and the fumes can explode so plenty of
fresh air and maybe an electric fan placed at a discrete distance away to blow the
fumes away.
