Neutral Point

The neutral point of the aircraft, which is defined as the aerodynamic
center of the aircraft and determines the safety margin, is very important
from  stability point of view  especially for the canard aircraft to get
rid of the possibility for the deep stall.

The neutral point of the COZY has been found from the flight test and
written down in the manual, however the Velocity manual does not mention it. 
The operator may not know about it as long as the most aft cg location is
given.

Does anyone know the neutral point of Velocity?
