The correct URL for this is now working. 
It is http://www.nonprofitnet.com/contact/  

If that doesn't work (it does for me) try this CASE SENSITIVE version at 
http://www.NonProfitNet.com/CONTACT/

 I ordered mine over the phone on Sunday (how's that for service) from
Mick Myal at (520) 881-2232 (6pm MST is best), 3 boxes already on the
way.

 This is old-hat to some 1200 subscribers signed up over last 8 years,
but a new resource for me.  Thanks for the assurance of a good-buy
