Jeff,
I just got hit with the MA sales / use tax and also with a
substantial fine along with intrest. My advice to others is to determine
their state tax status and pay the sales tax immeiately if deemed . I only
had my kit for a year and a half and those bastards got me good. Yes, I
used all the arguments and none of them worked. Such is life in
Taxachusetts.
