REFLECTOR: Torque on elevator push/pull tube

Brian,

be sure that when the stick is in the centered position that the rod ends at both ends of the aileron torque tube are vertical.  If they are angles then you can cause them to either bind if the jam nut is tight, or the rod end will turn when it hits the side like you are experiencing.  If need be take some jet nuts (1/4") and ream them out and use them as spacers for the rod end to have more movement for the bearing.  

As for the pitch, try to get an extra 3-5 degrees as that will help out your low end a lot.
