REFLECTOR: Do you know what this is?

That jogs my memory.

I have something similar for my engine cooling plenum.  The wires go 
through this, and the plenum is flush against this.  That way you don't 
have wires to reposition when removing the plenum.

It would bolt on to the top of the engine.
