REFLECTOR: Steel Aileron Torque Tubes

I think there may be some confusion regarding which torque tubes. I was
talking with Malcolm this morning and he said that that the torque tubes in
the wings should definitely be steel. But the torque tube in the keel (as
long as it is supported mid-way) should not cause any problems being
aluminum.
