REFLECTOR: Weight & Balance

I had to put in a friendly sand bag passenger to get to my test flight CG. CG starts way back and loads forward V8, water, PSRU, prop and all. Couple of lead bricks or a battery in the nose works too. My XL envelope starts at 127 and goes to 134. Just sitting it's at 139. Easy to pick up the nose though!

>> Your should make your own measurements. The Datum is the nose. FWD CG limit should be 123 and aft 115.

>>> Well, I just finished all the weighing of my 173 FGE. I am running all the numbers now to see what I am dealing with. My manual does not show what the Empty CG should be for a 173. I looked on the Velocity website, and I don't even see the W & B section in the on-line manual. Anyone have some reference numbers or point me to where I missed them?
